How-to: Build a Bedtime Routine (and get some sleep!)

Bedtime routines are important because they tell the nervous system (brain and body) what is coming up. Just like when the sun rises in the morning and tells our body it's time to start rising, a bedtime routine tells a little one that sleep is on the way. A bedtime routine is important at ALL ages from infancy to adulthood. Here are the steps to building a bedtime routine.
