Everyone needs a mentor and mentors need mentors!

Okay okay! Mentors are important. Yes.

However, if given the soap box — I would argue they are vital. I am still waiting to meet a professional that has met their goals and specialized in their passion without strong mentor support.

  • As much as I encourage human-being-ness, we are busy human-doings! This is for all the human-doings who have ALL the questions.

  • You email me with questions, needs and notes or, when you purchase, I will send you prompts to get started in discovering how we can get you growing as a professional. Your choice!

  • I respond within 2-business days with coaching notes, resources, discount codes.

  • No limits on questions or needs and the package includes 2 email responses from me.

1:1 Virtual Coaching | $130

  • One 30-minute or 75-minute session (phone or video!)

  • In this session, you choose how our session goes, I will guide you to get what you need out of our time together.

  • Get clear on the therapist you want to be and what you want to include in your practice.

  • Ready to specialize? Launching a new business? Transitioning practice settings? New grad? This is for you!

  • We get into the nitty-gritty details to come up with a plan for how you will set and meet your professional passions and goals.

  • You will leave the session with goals and an action plan.

  • I will follow-up with a written summary, plan, and resources.

  • PDU certificates available for professionals.

BUILD, learn, Specialize | $400

  • Three 60-minute sessions (phone or video!)

  • Use over the course of a year.

  • Get really clear on your career path, goals, and how to future plan and project your specialty.

  • Evaluate what you feel is preventing you from reaching your goals.

  • You will receive a long-term action plan with goals to match.

  • I will check-in with you monthly throughout the year on your progress and unexpected bumps along the way.

  • PDU certificates available for professionals.
