Intuitive Eating Potluck~VIRTUAL!!!

Intuitive Eating simply means eat when you’re hungry, stop when you're full, eat food that you love and food that feels good in your body. Imagine if you could feel at peace near all foods and be able to listen to your body on a deep level when you’re eating?!

During this potluck we will start off by doing a meditation that supports us in honoring our bodies before, during and after eating.

Then, we will talk about the POWER OF LISTENING TO OUR HUNGER AND FULLNESS while we sit around, and munch on some amazing spring foods.

I will also be interviewing this month's host Erin Luke on what she is personally doing to make peace with food and her body. Trust me, you'll want to know:)
